2.Feed Pellet making machine
Pellet Making Machine, also known as pellet mills or pellet press are used for the compression of powder materials into solid pellets.
These pellets, sometimes known as bio-pellets or feed pellets.
The pellets are made by compacting the mash or meal into many small holes in a die.
The die is usually round and the pellets are pushed from the inside to the outside.
The main models of pellet machine are: Flat Die Feed Pellet Mill, Ring Die Pellet Machine, Rotating Roller Pellet Making Machine, Small Mobile Wood Pellet Making Machine, complete wood pellet line, etc.
3.Feed pellet making machine features:
1).Transmission gears made of high quality alloy steel, surface adopts carburizing and quenching treatment, precision machining by grinding, smooth, transmission, low noise, large carrying capacity, Low temperature rise, Long life etc.
2).Spindle with a heavy thrust bearing, support axial force, long lifespan.
3).Roller and flat die wear peace deal; Both sides can use the flat die, Long service life.
4).Pellet machine uses large diameter roller, big yield, pelletizing rate is high, uniform high strength pellets.
5).All bearings are sealed structure that effectively prevent dust, improve the working bearings environment, extending bearing life.
