Function usage :
This production is used for feed , sawdust , straw , tree skin etc , making the high density pellet . feed pellet is used for animal and poultry . it is easily to storage and ship . Biomass pellet can get the heat energy by burning . it is widely used in daily life , power generation feild . Biomass pellet is a irreplacable fuel of coal , gas , petrol etc , which can save energy and reduce carbon usage , is a high efficiency and clean renewable source .
Mold plate check and maintain
Check the mold plate before start to work , make sure there is no foreign matter or no loose of related fastening place . the usage lifetime of mold plate is 300-500 hours . after the mold plate is broken , we can change another side to use . ( some mold plate just can use one side . )
Pressing roller check and maintain
Check the pressing roller before start to work , make sure there is no foregin matter blocking pressing roller running free . Pressure rooller usage life time is 300-500 hours . change it with mold plate together , the efficiency is better .
