Applied range
SKLN Series Counter flow Cooler is a kind of advanced cooler equipment for granule materials, mainly
equipped in feed production line, used for cooling the granular materials produced from pellet which
contain certain moisture and higher temperature, dry and cooling, meet the storage requirements.

>Advanced counter-flow cool principle, widely used in cooling pellet feed of feed industry;

>Octagonal cooling warehouse removes cooling dead space, better for cooling materials;
>Mixed and cooled materials can significantly reduce the breakage rate, less power consumption, extend the pellets storage time;

1.It includes cooling system, cyclone separator, fan, airlock, pipe and screen.
2.Adjustable discharge speed to ensure smooth discharge.
3.Unique rotating device for spreading pellets ensures the pellets well-distributed and totally cooled,
reduces crashing of pellets obviously.
4.Applied to cool a variety of materials, such as pellets, extruded materials, expansion materials,
pressure-chip material, powder, etc, especially extruded materials, expansion materials.
