Materials for large wood hammer mill (wood chip crusher)
wood chips, Rice straw, alfalfa, peanut husk, rice husk ,coffee husk, branch, thin wood board and other materials into particle or powder.
How to crush wood chips to wood sawdust ?
First ,We need to dry the wood chips by dryer or by sunshine make sure the moisture <25%,this is easy to crushed to sawdust shape.
Second, We need a wood crushing machine (Hammer type),wood chip crusher with hammers in the rotation plate,when motor rotation drive the spindle rotation,the hammers on spindle rotation and hit the wood chips in to small pieces,the hammers rotation and hit the wood chips one circle by one circle ,until the wood chips size get the standard of screen hole, then small pieces wood chips (sawdust) come out .
Wood Sawdust can be used to make wood pellets,sawdust briquette ,man-made board , also can used in Gasification station,etc.
