All the bentonite drying system included the equipment consist of belt conveyor or elevator, feeder, chute, bentonite dryer, furnance, draft fan, collector, control cabinet and other parts.

2. Principle of bentonite dryer systemnt
Wet bentonite materials are sent into hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, then conveying to the drum by feeder. The gradient of loading chute must be bigger than the cylinder to make the materials move smoothly. The cylinder is installed at an angle of about 3-5. Materials move from upper end to lower end, while heating medium moves from the opposite direction or the same. During this drying process, moisture inside the materials gets vaporized. The waste gas is released by the draft fan at the end of the drum. Some lifting boards are fixed on the inner wall of the cylinder. They elevate and scatter the materials repeatedly to accelerate the efficiency of drying. At last, the hot air is released into atmosphere through dust catcher.
