The cow dung dryer can made the humidity below 85% material dry to a final moisture below 13%

Cow dung dryer features:
cow dung dryer used downstream drying techniques, The internal structure of the special design for fast drying cow dung and can save nutrition, such as the handling of fresh cow dung can achieve a drying, sterilization, deodorant and preservation of nutritional purposes.
cow dung dryer are equipped with high-speed rotating broken devices in the roller, increased the contact area between material and drying medium, the internal certain unique machinery design, so that the material will not easy bonding materials in the tube wall panels and easy moving , complete machinery have insulation function, and good sealing function, the thermal efficiency considerably higher than the general drum dryer machinery.
The cow dung dryer structure is compact, so it is easy to install and debug, small footprint.
Drum and broken devices all use the stepless speed regulating, so as to adapt to the different requirements of the drying material
The cow dung dryer can be used with different heat sources which use different fuels (such as coal, heavy oil, natural gas, and more.

Cow dung principle of drying system:
Cow dung are putted from the feed screw directly into the dryer machinery , was copied on the drum wall panels repeatedly, after scattered through the broken device, the raw material and was full contacted with high-temperature medium to complete heat and mass transfer process
Due to the effect of the roller’s inclination and citation am the wind, the material moves slowly from the feed end, then discharged from thedryer after drying, the exhaust gas dusted through dust catcher, then discharged to the atmosphere.
