Characteristics of the complete wood pellet machine

1. Wide production range, we could get it to pellet from biomass we could find 

now such as wood chips, pine, bamboo, peanut shell, rice husk and straw.

2.The density of the pellet could be 1100 kg/m³.

3.Please ensure the max length of the biomass material is less than the diameter of the nib. For example, the diameter of the nib is 6mm, the diameter of sawdust could not be longer than 6mm

4.Please make sure the moisture of the material is 10%-18%, different material, different moisture requirement. For example, pine has got more lignose and sugar, the moisture could be lower, opposite, the moisture should be higher.

5.Compression ratio of the nib. As the different material has different stacking density and lignose, the nib should be adjusted to get the best molding result. We have done more experiments to get the more suitable current die specification. For general material, it should be the best , but we could adjust the compression ratio according to the material if the customer has got the low production.

and ring die pellet machine.Our flat die wood pellet machine include also two

1.Die turning wood pellet machine 

2.Roller turning wood pellet machine.

First,people research and produce die turning pellet machine,it is to make animal feed pellets,as time goes by,they find that change different die,the machine can make wood pellet too.But this type machine make wood pellet,capacity is much smaller,although it’s cheaper than roller die turning machine. For this type machine,has strict requests for the raw material,it must be moisture 10-12% wood sawdust.

Later,made roller turning pellet machine,special developed to make wood pellets,this machine capacity is much bigger,but price more expensive than die turning machine. Also one advantage,it can press small grass into pellets directly,and moisture can be 10-30%,that’s all ok.

Roller turning and ring die wood pellet machine suitable for the production line,big capacity,while die turning wood pellet machine  suitable for home use,and small scale production.

Q1. Does this machine can make wood pellets?
Answer: This machine can make both wood pellets and feed pellets. When making feed pellets, it performs better and the capacity is bigger.

Q2. What are the spare parts for this series pellet machine?
Answer: The spare parts for this machine are one die and two rollers.

Q3. How often should I change the spare parts? 
Answer: The long life time of the die and rollers is 1500 hours at least. It needs to change the easy wear parts every five months. If maintained and used well, the parts can be used about EIGHT months or more.

Q4. How often would the machine need to be serviced?
Answer: Every three months is the best for the machine.

Q5. Does the raw materials require any additives to aid in the forming of the pellets? 
Answers: It doesn't need to add any additives to aid in the forming of pellets. The only thing you need to do is to control the moisture of the raw materials properly.
