Widely Application Small Pellet machine
1. Introduction of wood pellet machine
wood pellet machine also named feed pellet machine, animal pellet machine, or wood pellet machine, because it can be used for different raw materials: wood, sawdust, straw, rice husk, leaves,animal forage and other biomass wastes.
It is considered as a green project, because most of their materials are recycled and reused. Also in production process, the pellet machine no need binder, so their products are green and nature.
We have three types pellet machine as follows, please check them.
A series (diesel engine)
Please tell me your raw material and capacity demand, then we can know which model is suitable to you.
1.)Version A: pellet machine are driven by diesel engine and gasoline engine. Just KL120A and KL150A with gasoline engine, both are 7.5hp. Others are diesel engine from 8 to 55hp.
2.)Version B: pellet machine are driven by electric motor, without hood (extra cabinet) cover the motor
3.)Version C: pellet machine also driven by electric motor, with the improved model and hood (extra cabinet) cover the motor.
2.Features of wood pellet machine
(1)High pressure suitable for incompressible materials.

3.Raw materials of wood pellet machine
This wood pellet machine is suitable for pressing difficult to adhesive and molding materials.
(1)Rice husk, sunflower shell, peanut shells, melons shell;
(2)Branches, tree trunks, bark and other wood waste;
(3)All kinds of crops straw;
(4)Animal feed and forage.
