Biomass raw material in suitable size and moisture is introduced to the furnace by feed conveyor. Through incomplete combustion pyrolysis of the biomass raw material in the furnace by controlling the temperature and oxygen, CO, H2, CH4and other combustible gases come out. Most of the energy from the solid biomass has now turned into biomass.
The gas produced by gasifier is then transported by negative pressure through the gas cleaning and cooling process. This is where the particulate ash and tar is removed from the gas, and produce a pure combustion gas for use in the internal combustion engine to produce electricity.
