Working Principles of Sawdust Dryer:
Sawdust dryer is suitable for drying various types of sawdust,wood chips,bean dregs and other material, which the moisture content is less than 55%.
1. First, sawdust after transfer system enter into the sawdust dryer cylinder, flied by
raising plate device which are uniform distribution in the drum cylinder.
2. The sawdust are evenly distributed in sawdust dryer cylinder which can bear high
temperature, then fully contact with the hot air, speed up the drying heat and mass
transfer.
3. During the drying process, under the effect of plate and hot treatment in the
sawdust dryer, the materials are drying well.
4. At last, the dried sawdust come out from the end of the sawdust dryer.
