1. Complete Wood Pellet Line can press 4-12mm diameter biomass fuel pellets and fertilizer pellets ,such as biomass waste from sawdust, rice husk, beech 

wood ,coffee husk, agricultural stalk, straw, peanut shell, sun flower seed, palm shell, paper, plastic ect, such as 

fertilizer materials from animal manure ,plant waste ect . there is knives installed nearby our pellet outlet door, whichcan adjust pellet length.

 3. Complete Wood Pellet Line key pellet machine has one two layers ring die inside and roller assemble , when 

works ,roller assemble will move , ring die keep stable , in this way will produce large pressure and press good 

pellets . Also the two layers die :top layer and bottom layer, only bottom layer works, when ring die is broken, then

take over it and make top layer into bottom, in this way one ring die can use two times , also top layer and bottom 

layer hole can be different , so one ring die also can press two dimension pellets.but other suppliers pellet machine only can press one type

  CHIPPING SECTION

    YMPJ-G 216, 218, 2113 Model Drum Wood Chipper will cut  a large number of  wood logs into  Wood Chips  (  Finished Wood Chips Size :  Less than 30mm ).  This machine  is large Output , High Efficiency,  It can crusher  the nail (less than 8mm nail ).

DRYING SECTION

       Roatry Dryer  mainly professional dry the moisture of raw materials( such as sawdust ,  wood chips and so on )  into 13%-15% suitable moisture .  If raw materials moisture is big , it need to dry the materials by rotary dryer , because   13%-15% moisture is suitable for producing the good wood pellets .

CRUSHING SECTION

  YSCD 65*75 , 65*100, 75*100 Model Double -Rotor Hammer Mill  mainly crush wood chips into sawdust (Size : 3-5mm ),  High  Quality , Large output.

PELETIZING SECTION

     YGKJ560,680,850 Model  Vertical Ring Die Wood Pellet Machine Produce the wood pellets , Straw pellets , EFB , Palm Shell , Rubber Pellet  , Beech Pellets and so on . Finished Wood Pellet Diameter is 6mm, 8mm, 10mm , Usually 6mm  is European  Standard , 8mm is  Asian ( such as Korea , Vietnam , Thailand , Malaysia and so on ) ,10mm is Our China Standard.

Pellet Moisture is 8%-10%, Pellets of Heat  Value : 4200-4800Kcal /h

Cooling Section
