The wood pellet machine absorbed the essence of pellet mill in oversea market, its heart part “double-layer die” has unique structural assembly and ‘'rollers'' are made by high-abrasion-proof alloy steel and stainless steel, which improves the using life of spare parts greatly.
Wood pellet machine grease is injected and filtrated automatically, which can ensure the

1.Unique design adopt the essence of horizontal ring die and flat die wood pellet machine
our vertical ring die type feeding is naturally with force, sawdust in the pressing room can be
evenly pressed .Never ouccur materail block without wrong operation and the bearings in
the main shaft is wear-resistant,avoid the bearing break because of over press.
2.More design details .
(1).the cooling system, as u know , the finished wood pellets has a 80- 90 high temperature ,
and when thre is high temperature heat in pressing room , we adopt fan bolwer cooling system
to draw out these heat , so when the wood pellet go out , its surface is smooth wihtout water.
(2).The oil pump, 20- 24 hrs working ,lubricate the bearing per half an hr automatically. Ensure
machines works continuously, also protect bearings efficiently , longer their service life
(3).Bag dust collector, dusting collecting room, dedusting function, keep working environment
cleaner.
(4).reducer transmission, stable and enough power for pellet machine running. as regard to
reducer transmission , compared with gear transmission , which is better, our reducer is
from guomao , it is a international stake company, the reducer has 3- times reduce,
from 1490r/min to 75r/min, ensure the transmission accurancy ,and the
motor is 4 -grade motor, save electricity consumption compare with 6 --grade motor
the pressure between roller and die is enough to press the hard wood materail. improve
formation, 98.6% and the pellet density can reach EU standard , is 1.1- 1.3kg/m^3,
bulk density is 650-750kg/m^3

the die's whole process (order from zhengchang, process, heat treat , process again )
need time, it is impossible to delivery machine in 15 days, if u want a good quality machine .
After-sales Service:
1.Guarantee period is one year, since the date of purchasing (with invoice), if there are
failure issues due to manufacturing quality during this one year, factory will be responsible
for the maintenance for free. (Die, rollers, bearing, spare parts are not included).
