Product Application
[ROTEX MASTER] Hammer Mill has three type: Double-rotor hammer mill,CD high efficient hammer mill,water-drop hammer mill. They have the same function to crush the raw materials into powder directly,high efficent,large capacity,the raw materials size no more than 3cm.But they have the following difference:
Double-rotor hammer mill has two motors,large power,higher capacity,used for crushing wood chips,wood branches(diameter<=3cm),straw,EFB fiber etc.Mainly used in big biomass pellet project,some customer required capacity more than 4t/h,we recommend double-rotor hammer mill for you.
CD High efficient hammer mill has one motor,it could crush small wood branches,corn cob,wood chips,EFB fiber,straw stalk etc. Usually it is the best choice for 1t/h to 3t/h biomass pellet project.
Water-drop hammer mill has one motor,mainly used for crushing corn,soybean,wheat,bran,cereals etc.,it is used in feed pellet production line.
Work Principle
Adopt hammer blade incising and airflow impacting in one process, when it works, rotor with high speed rotating, generate high speed airflow, flow along the blade incising direction, so the raw materials will be accelerated impacting and crushing repeatedly.So the hammer mill crush the raw materials into fine powder efficiently and evenly, the output size depends on the hole size of the screen around the blades, inside the hammer mill.
