I. The brief description of wood shredder

It can cut the round raw wood into uniform length and thickness, flat incision wood chips.

♦ The large type disc wood shredder can with belt pulley drive or direct-connected drive, the feeding can be level or incline, the output port can be above or bottom. The disc type wood chipper machine can be with capacity from 2~160m3 per hour.

♦ The disc type wood shredder consists of mainframe,seat, cutter disc, feed inlet port, shell, electric control system, etc.

 II.  Working principle of wood shredder

♦ The raw wood input through feeding port, the wood will be chipped by high-speed revolution cutter, the wood chips will be output by high speed airflow.

♦ The disc type wood chipping machine can cut the round raw wood less than 200mm, there will be different based on different model machine.
