| i. The brief description of green charcoal machine |
Green charcoal machine applicable to make the coal powder into different shapes bar or rod shape briquettes. The working process is like the following: the motor transfers the power to the transmission through triangle belt, then the output shaft on the transmission transfers the power to the propeller shaft, finally the propeller on the propeller shaft pushes the coal powder into the mold and out, then the ideal high pressure coal rod is generated. This process is very simple, and it's easy to operate.

| II. Processing technic of charcoal production line: |
1.First step(Crushing): crush the raw materials into small pieces (3-5mm) by wood crusher/Hammer Mill;
raw material as below :
including: wood chips, maize stalks, soybean stalks, broomcorn stalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboo saw dust, bagasse agro-forestry wastes, such as sawdust, wood chips, branches, crop stalks, sugarcane residue, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, bamboo dust, tea waste,palm husk, soybeans husk,etc.
2.Second step (drying): dry the crushed materials by flash dryer to reduce the crushed material's moisture content below 8-12%
3.Third step(briquetting):Put the dried materials into the briquette machine to make sawdust briquettes. This stick is 45-80mm in diameter, occurs in the hollow quadrangular or hexagonal cylinder or hollow hexagonal with a 15-20mm hole through the body.
Final briquettes/charcol of this machine:
♦ square, round, hexagonal, pentagon(with/without edge)
♦ Hollow
♦ Stick shape
♦ Diameter: 40-80mm
♦ Inside diameter: 15-20mm
♦ Length: 20-50cm
♦ Specific gravity: 1200—1300kg/m3
♦ Calorific value:4400-5000kcal/kg
