Introduction of extruder :

1. 1500kg fish  food  pellet  extruder machine is used for processing for floating and sinking fish food ,  dogs and cats (pet food), birds, piglets, frogs, shrimp etc many different animal feed .

2.  Which is high and new technical program as to catch the developing pet food market. 1000kg/h fish food pellet extruder machinery  line mainly use wheat flou r,corn/ maize flour, fish powder, meat powder,crube protein,bone meal  and some food additive as main

raw material, through mixing, extruding, roasting, flavoring to get the final fnished food.

3. This line is fully automatic, high capacity and with different of shapes to make the extrude moulds .

It also can used to  produce such as cat food, dog food, shripm/prawn food, bird food and so on.

Size of fish food pellet diameters:   The size from 1mm to 20mm also can make by change the extrud moulds/dies .

Voltage:  Normally is three phase 380V/50 HZ ,single phase 220 V/50HZ .We can special customized as customer local voltage .
