One unit Model RD918MX Pellet Mill consisted of:
A) Gearbox Assembly:
· Stainless Steel Pellet Die Chamber and Backing Plate with Metal-to-Metal Seal.
· Dual Shear Pins for Die and Drive Train Overload Protection.
· One set of die clamp assembly, with good abrasion resistance and high strength, light and convenient for disassembly.
· Quill shaft and quill flange is separately unit which can disassembly and change more convenient.
· One Main Drive Motor of 355/500kw Siemens motor, made in China.
· The 5 sets bearings in gear box are all of high-quality and imported from abroad.
B) with cooling and lubrication system
Gear box is equipped with automatic oil circulating system and cooling system to decrease the temperature of oil and can protect and extend the bearing life in gearbox and protect the main shaft and bearing from destruction which can be caused by worker’s doesn’t timely add the oil.
Advantages:
1. This biomass pellet mill with big ring die and big capacity, 5-8 t/h.
2. This pellet mill adopts manual/automatic ring die and roller lifting device.
3. It adopts the large module gear transmission, to improve the strength of the gear and transmission efficiency.
4. The capacity can improve more than 10%, with low power consumption.
5. With large scale pellet mill, to prolong the service life of main spare parts, improve equipment production capacity, and reduce costs;
6. New type of anti-dust device can effectively reduce the grain powder content of the finished product ;
7. With the gear oil circulating cooling system, to real-time monitoring the oil temperature, in order to achieve the automatic circulation cooling filtration, then effectively protecting the gear and bearing, to prolong the service life of equipment.
8. The roller adopts the external oil circulating cooling system, no need to add the oil manually.
