1.Brief introduction:
Jaw crushers are typically used as primary crushers, or the first step in the process of reducing rock, are one of the main types of primary crushers in a mine or ore processing plant. The size of a jaw crusher is designated by the rectangular or square opening at the top of the jaws (feed opening).They crush primarily by using compression,is widely used in mining, metallurgy, construction, highway, railroad, and chemistry industries. Our company’s products are used of high-strength manganese steel, a shape casting, with advantages of wear-resistant, resistance, long life and so on. They main application for breaking large, medium and small stones and corresponding objects.
2.Working principle:
The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw do periodic motion to the fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when moving jaw moves up. So the moving jaw closes to the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle of Jaw Crusher between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw of Jaw Crusher moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the products after crushing will be discharged from the outlet of Jaw Crusher.
3.Features:
