♦Main use:
LY triple drum dryer is mainly used or drying a certain humidity and size of granular materials, such as yellow sand used in dry powder and mortar, various specifications of sand used in a foundry industry, blast furnace slag used in building materials and cement industry, clay in a small size, small materials, which have no chemical changes, resists high temperature and are with flyblow dust, used in chemical industry. In accordance with the request of materials and water in different industries, water in materials which are dried can be below 1-0.5%.

•1.triple drum rotary dryer uses telescopic structure to dry the materials quickly.
•2.simple designed self-insulation cylinder improve the heat efficiency to exceed 80%.
•3.refined structure and stable operation.
•4.good drying performance, coal consumption<8kg when drying 1 ton materials.
•5.the fuel can be coal, oil, natural gas, etc. massively dry granule and powder materials of less than 20mm size.
•6.occupy 50% land areas compared with single cylinder rotary dryer, reduce construction investment by 50% and powder consumption by 60%.
•7.finished product moisture can be adjusted based on requirements of clients.
•8.lower outlet temperature, long life span of dust removal equipment.
•9.driven by tug not gear and pinion.
•10.finished product temperature is lower than 60°C, packing can be done continuously.
