Main business:

2. Soybean protein isolate
1) Function: Soybean Oil Refinery Machinery is an oil extractor through soaking or spraying pre-pressed cake by a certain organic solvent. The principle of this part is the different solubility of solvent.
2) Use range: Soybean Oil Refinery Machinery fits for pre-press extraction of high-oil- content materials and direct once time extraction of low-oil-content materials.
3) Main parts: Soybean Oil Refinery Machinery series includes rotary extractor, toaster, 1st evaporator, 2nd evaporator, stripping tower, condenser, etc.
2. Main parts of soybean protein isolate
1).Vegetabel protein have incomparable nutrition and fuctional characteristic compared with animal protein,vegetable protein has been widely used in food and feed industry recently.And deep processing productions including high-protein food,reducing-weight food and protein membrane are developed.that preparation of protein concentrate and protein isolate using low-tempreture desolventized meal has wide using.
2).Soybean protein concentrate(spc)is made of high quality soybean meal witch removing the solubility in water or alcohol solube nonprotein part,the protein content is more than 65%(dry basis)and the protein(N*6.25) of soy protein products.
3).(Soybean Protein Isolate,SPI) based on soybean as raw material,USES the advanced processing technology to make high protein of 90% or more of the functional food additives,which has a good solubility and emulsification,super bubble,water keeping and viscoelasticity,and both have high nutritional Protein,so it is widely used in meat products(such as wastern-style ham,sausage,lunch meat,sandwich,enema,sausages and meat,etc.),cold drink products(such as ice cream,cream,ice cream,pudding,etc),baked goods,(such as bread,cakes,etc.).
