WHAT OILSEEDS ARE AVAILABLE?
QI'E MAIN BUSINESS SCOPE:
10-500T/H oil material first cleaning,drying and storage section turn-key project;
100-3000 T/D oil pretreatment, shelling and pre-press workshop turnkey project (soybean hot peeling, bean skin crushing; the soybean extrusion, high oil contained pre-press cake extrusion, and high oil contained embryos puffed; of direct puffed). Rice bran production line turn-key project;
100~300TPD Leaching workshop turnkey project (Towline extractor, Rotocel extractor, loop type extractor, DTDC separated machine, the full negative pressure evaporation, paraffin wax recovery, leaching workshop degum, phospholipid concentrate);
30-1000T/D oil continuous grade one or two physical (chemical) refining production line;
20-3000T/D sunflower oil, rice bran oil, corn germ oil dewaxing turn-key project;
10-200T/D Fatty acid esterification production cooking oil production line.
MAIN PROCESS OF SOYBEAN PRETREATMENT:
MAIN PROCESS OF PRETREATMENT/PRESSING PROCESS:
ABOUT PRETREATMENT/PRESSING SECTION:
(1) Cleaning: By using Wind-driven separator, dust removing system, magnetic separation,
gravity separator to remove impurity.
(2) Shelling, de-hulling, delinting, softening: By using shucking machine to remove shell of
oilseeds, because shell will influence the rate of oil yield and equipment service life.
(3) Crushing: By using flaking machine break oilseeds into pieces. This will make the surface of
oilseeds bigger, which is easier to be cooked. extract edible from oilseeds easier, and can also
increase the oil yield.
(4) Cooking: By using cooker, It will make edible oil easier to be prepressed extracted from
the oilseeds.
(5) Prepressing/pressing: By using pressing machine to extract oil out of oilseeds. And make
oilseeds become cake.
After this step you will get crude edible oil and cake. After prepressing, there are about 18% resid in the cakes, the cakes will be sent to the solvent extraction plant.
