WHAT WILL BE PRODUCT OIL LIKE?

MAIN PROCESS OF PRETREATMENT SECTION:

1. Magnetic separator and cleaning screen

    To move the impurities in the raw materials. This can help to protect the following machines.

2. Crushing

    Crushing is necessary for soybean oil making, because the volume of soybean is a little big.

In order to improve the oil yield rate and protect the following machines, we need to crush big 

seeds to small parts. If the raw material is small, we won't need the crushing.

3. Softening

    This is the special step for soybean oil making. Soybean is becoming soft after this step, so 

it is easier to flake cake and press.

4. Flaking roller

    To make the groundnut into pieces with the thickness from 0.25-0.3 mm. This can help the seedsheating well-proportioned and soaking well in the extraction section.

5. Dryer and cooker

    Before the raw materials entering the extraction section, we need to adjust the water rate by 

dryer. In this process, the water and temperature help to get crude oil easily and improve the 

quality of cake and oil. After the dryer and cooker under 105-110 °C, the water content is 5-8%.
