QI'E sunflower oil mill production machine plant
Our sunflower oil milling making machine project according to customer’s requirements adopt extrusion process, improve output, reduce energy consumption, improve the quality of oil. During pre-press, we adopt multistage filtering technology, easy operate, can be working continuously, low impurity content, supply better quality crude oil, it’s good to refining plant’s processing.
Main equipment of sunflower oil production line
winnowing machine, fruit washing machine, fusion machine, blend machine, solid-liquid separation machine, oil-water separation machine and oil pump etc. This process can achieve cold pressing, impurities removing and dehydration, and get virgin oil.

Our process can produce variety of oilseed, such as peanut, rapeseed, cottonseed, sunflower, rice bran, safflower seed, soybean, coconut and so on.
Cleaning machine
The sieve machine was applied to remove the shoulder stone and earth, and magnetic separation equipment without power and exhaust system were used to remove iron.
Crusher
By using the crusher, the soybean can be breaken into tiny pieces.
Soften equipment
Soybean piece into the soften machine, the oil is easy to flow out.
Flaking
By using a flaker to make the bean pieces into suitable fakes
