Overview
QBY series pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of transport machinery, is one of the most innovative pump. Using compressed air as power source, for all kinds of corrosive liquid, with particles of liquid, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, poisonous liquid can be pumped optical absorption. Working principle
In two symmetric cavity pump, each equipped with a flexible diaphragm, link will be two pieces of the diaphragm are connected into a whole, the compressed air into the air from the air intake valve pump coupling, drive two the working chamber of the diaphragm, diaphragm and drove two block motion link connection. At the same time, the other working chamber of the gas from behind the diaphragm discharge pump, once it reaches the end of stroke, gas distribution mechanism is automatically compressed air into a working chamber, push the diaphragm in the opposite direction, so that the formation of the synchronous reciprocating two diaphragm movement. Each working chamber is provided with two single ball, the reciprocating diaphragm, causing changes in the working chamber volume, forcing the two one-way ball alternately opened and closed, and the liquid continuous suction and discharge.

QBY type pneumatic diaphragm pumps can pumping flow of liquid, and the transmission of some of the less mobile media can, collection of self-priming pump, submersible pump, shield pump, slurry pump and impurity pump conveying machinery of the many advantages.

Easy to use, reliable operation, stop the pump by simply opening and closing valve of gas, even though no medium run over a long period of time due to unexpected or sudden stop, the pump will not be damaged because of this, once the overload, the pump will automatically stop, self protection function, when the load is back to normal after, can automatically start running again.
8. Simple structure, less wearing parts, the pump has simple structure, convenient installation, maintenance, pump will not come into contact with the medium of high-pressure air, link and other moving parts, unlike other types of pumps for rotor, piston, gear, blade and other parts wear but performance decline gradually.
