A brief introduction
This machine line is adopted specially designed screw, barrel, mould and technique wpc craft and formula initiated by our company. The extruder can match with the auxiliary machines and moulds perfectly. The whole production line is automatic control from the loading to the final discharging. The machines can also be manually adjusted seperately.

The production line consists of:
1.automatic feeding loader
nical twin screw extruder

3.die head and forming mould
Mould material: 3Cr17 stainless steel
corrosion resisting ,wear resisting and long-life service
4.vacuum calibration platform
adopt vacuum system to make sure the product more stable and continous
Vacuum calibration platform equipped with some water channel and vacuum channel pipes
5.caterpilar haul-off and cutter
The space can be adjusted up and down so that it can be adjusted the traction.
Speed regulating way: frequency speed regulator
6.tilt stacker
Plates transported from haul off machine, cutting by cutting machine. This machine can automatically follow online, automatic metering, automatic cutting.
