A brief introduction
The pvc wpc door board production line is widely used in producing inner and outdoor door board, partition window sill etc. It can use PVC as main rawo material, either with or without wood powder.The final products centralizes the characters of plastic and wood. It not only has special appearance effect, but also overcomes the shortage of wood. It has good processing propertity as wood, and the proportion can be controlled in 0.6-0.9kg/m3. It can be sawed, drilled, and planed by the wood working tools. The WPC materials and products have features of heavy acid bases resistance, water-proofing, corrosion resisting, anti- moth, anti-aging, static-free and flame retarded.
The production line consists of:
1.automatic feeding loader
nical twin screw extruder
Screw and barrel material:38CrMoAIA under nitrogen treatment
Screw length and diameter ratio :22:1
3.moulds for door board 4.forming mould
Mould material: 3Cr17 stainless steel
corrosion resisting ,wear resisting and long-life service
5.calibrting cooling stage
adopt vacuum system to make sure the product more stable and continous
Vacuum calibration platform equipped with some water channel and vacuum channel pipes
Length of calibration platform: 6000mm
6.caterpilar haul-off
The space can be adjusted up and down so that it can be adjusted the traction.
Speed regulating way: frequency speed regulator
7.transverse cutter 8.tilt stacker
Plates transported from haul off machine, cutting by cutting machine. This machine can automatically follow online, automatic metering, automatic cutting.
