Practical Application:
To make WPC (PE, PP, ABS, PVC) pellets specially for extrusion.
The extrusion line with the following advantages:
Paralell twin-screw extrusion machine designed according to characteristics of wood and plastic(PE and PP), professional manufacturing, and stable function. Good effect of mixing, plastication, high output.
Able to expel moisture and gas easily because of several vents designed,
The pelletizing die is designed hot pelletizing, face to face pelletizing, it makes high out put. and the wpc granules are cutted uniform with almost same size.
The pelletizing extrusion line contains the following 3 parts:
1.Measuring material feeding device
2.SHJ-72 cocurrent parallel double-screw extruder
3.granulating mold
4,granultion cutter
5, Material supplying
