This plastic film drying pelletizing machine is specially designed by Qingdao HEGU Wood Plastic Machinery Co.,Ltd for film cleaning and pelletizing application. This machine adopts extrusion dehydration principle, first clean the plastic film(such as plastic agricultural film, mulching film, woven bags and other thin plastic flake and recycled plastic). then squeeze the water out of the plastic quickly. The machine line is equipped with special rotation screw device, the drying sections dehydrates the plastic film, plasticize section extrude and plasticize the material via electromagnetic heating and finally the material will be extruded and pelletized via the die mold. The cooled plastic granules can be directly used in extruding pelletizer and injection machine. The granule size can be controlled by the mold loading port; the crushed granules can be thoroughly mixed with wood powder and used in WPC(wood plastic composite) production. This machine is easy to operate and with features of high dehydration efficiency, superior performance, high degree of automation. The granules made by this machine is widely used in WPC and plastic extrusion productions.

1. Adopts special screw, good in dehydration and the rate can reach to more than 99%.
2. The plastic granules size can be made as per customer requirement.
3. The plasticization rate can be adjusted as per required.
4. Dehydration rate is clearly higher than spin-drying, and save energy than hot air drying
5.Can be used independently or work online with plastic cleaning machine line.
