Fry pellet machine/Extruded Fry Snacks(Fry Pellets) Processing Line
The extruded fry snacks(fry pellets) processing line is our special line for making oil fry starch based snacks.The main raw materials for this line should be potato starch,corn starch,tapioca starch,cassava starch.The raw materials are first processed in the single screw extruder and this procedure is called curing but not puffing.Then the products should be dried at low temperature to reduce the moisture inside the products.After that the products will be fried in hot oil.The after-frying products are sprayed with seasoning powder in drum roller flavoring line.
The starch materials have more fine structure than the common grain material like corn flour.So the starch based fry snacks have unique smooth taste different from corn flour non-fry puff snacks.The fry pellets snacks food are specially popular in Asia countries markets and also more and more people in other countries like to enjoy that as leisure snacks.
By changing the different shapes of extruder dies,this line can offer you different shapes of fry snacks like spiral,shell,round pipes,square tubes,wheel,fish and so on.
This line process procedure includes raw material mixing,extrusion,cutting,cooling,drying,frying and flavoring.

1. The Screw is made of durable hard alloy-38CrMoAl, with quite long using life.
2. Feeding Hopper uses Two grades mixing design which allows high feed speed and also avoid any block in raw materials.
3. Radiating Windows design ensure the thermal heat caused by machine discharge easily to extend the machine using life.
4. SIEMENS(China) motors are used, ensure the excellent performance of machines.
