The machine adopts hot air popping technology to make popcorn ,which is 100% oil-free , compared to the traditional oil popping technology , this hot air popper is much more convient and economical .
The whole production line is designed according to the demands of small scale industial use .Which is suitable for small factory and shops . By coated with different flavored ,the popcorn can be sold directly to the customers or the shopping mall ,cinema ,supermarket and so on

The flowing chart is as the following:
Raw material feeding-- hot air poper machine--elevater--sugar melting machine,
sugar spraying machine--multifunctional flavoring machine--separating and drying machine--packing machine
Can produce most of the flavor like Camarel, chocolat,cheese,salty etc.
Hot air poper machine
This machine is applied to dry and puff the corn, crispy rice ball, corn flakes, popcorn etc. It is equipped with compelling ventilation heating system, inner layer air flow baffle, accurate temperature control, and thickened insulation layer. Its advanced technique provides all the necessary functions in low power, high heating efficiency, low running cost, and less machine maintenance.
It is the first developed screw type continuous high-temp dryer in China.
Constant speed flow puffing tank can assure the material drying evenly.
Automatic compelling ventilation heating system can make low power and high heating efficiency.
Accurate temperature control assures the drying stably.
It can sift waste material automatically.
Remarks: We have two types of hot air poppers, one of them is the continuous hot air popper, and ther other is double buckets hot air hopper, except these, we also can provide the fully automatic camarel popcorn prcessing line, with this line, you can make different flavors of popcorns, sucha s camarel, chocolate, jam, etc

2. Could you afford technician team to guide our installation and commissioning?
Oversea commissioning service provided, our technician will help to install the machine, and teach local workers about operation and maintenance. Buyer should pay for the technician's round flight ticket, accommodation and salary.
3. How long is your machine's guarantee time?
One year since the machine arrive your factory.
4. If some parts break after warranty, what should we do?
Eagle supply full-life after sales service, whenever new parts needed, we will help to supply new ones at reasonable
price & in shortest time.
5. If we show our workshop size, can you design layout for the whole line?
Auto CAD layout will be provided as client’s workshop size.
6. What is the material of the machine?
Stainless steel, especially parts contacting with materials, conforming to food grade.
