1. Description:
compact in frame, facilitated in operation, low occupation of space, light in weight, steady in performance,
large drying area, and more heating efficient. The belt and the heat preservation use the stainless steel.
Asbestos plates are available for avoiding losing heat. A fan with 3.0KW is on the top of oven to removing
moisture.
A frequency converter can adjust the drying time for the product speed.
Variable speed of the belt is available. Electricity heating is heated by infrared heating pipe
by electricity.
There is a convenient set for spraying lubricating oil to the bearings.
For using gas or diesel oil as energy resource, we use International Brand Burner, BALTUR S.P.A.
It is in good quality and safe.
2. Products:
Fruit drier can meet to dry different vegetables such as, root, halm, leaf, tuberous root, big granule and produce in batch. Meanwhile it can maintain content of nutrition, color, etc of vegetable in most extent.
The type raw materials are garlic, cushaw, giantarum, white turnip, yam, bamboo shoot, capsicum, onion, apple, etc.
3. Capacity: 240kg/h, 500kg/h, 1ton/h
4. Voltage in China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers’ Local voltage according to different countries
5. Machines materials: All the machines are made by stainless steel
6. Principles:
When operation, air will be entered into the dryer and heated through heat exchanger. Being adapted scientific and reasonable cycle method, the hot air will pas through raw materials to be dried on the bed and carry out uniform heat exchange. Under the action of cycle fan, the hot air stream inside each unit of the dryer will carry out hot air cycle. Final air with Iow temperature and high damp will be out. The whole drying process with stably and high effect will be finished.
