4. Structure Principle
Dehydrated vegetable dryer, which consists of belt conveyor, blanching and scalding machine, vegetable washer, a
utomatic feeder machine, the dryer, coal hot blast heater, transmission and control system, is a series product and
automatic continuous system drying equipment. It has the function of automatic feed and discharge, automatic control,
small heat consumption, high production efficiency, simplicity of operation and maintenance, wide application,
automatic temperature and speed regulation. Multilayer dehydrated vegetable band dryer works by the gravity, the materials
drop from the top net to the bottom net so that the materials can evenly turn over and fully contact with hot air, through
which the material is dried and water is evaporated.
