Product Introduction: 

The product is a latest product developed by our company specially used for clarification and filtration of liquid such as cosmetics and perfume etc. after freezing. It is an ideal device for filtering cosmetics and perfume in cosmetic factories. The product is made of high quality 304 stainless steel or 316L stainless steel. The pneumatic diaphragm imported from USA is adopted for pressure source to carry out positive pressure filtration.

The connecting pipes are sanitary polishing pipes, which completely adopt rapid installation type connection form, with convenient assembly, disassembly and cleaning.

Equipped with polypropylene microporous filtration film, it can be widely used in cosmetics industry, scientific research department, hospital and laboratory etc. for clarification, bacteria removal and filtration of small amount of liquid, or micro chemical analysis, which is convenient and reliable.

1. Stainless steel heat preservation freezing tank and titanium metal coil pipe
2. Freezing unit (place of origin France)
3. Anticorrosive pneumatic diaphragm pump (place of origin USA)
4. Polypropylene microporous filtration film
5. Stainless steel moveable supporter
6. Sealing type electric control system and sanitary pipe fittings and valves
7. The machine with perfume pot, refrigeration unit  , anticorrosive pneumatic diaphragm pump and pipe system. On the top of the tank can add motor then the machine have blending Mixer ,Cooling and Filtration  function

What is perfume making machine made of? 

 perfume making machine is usually made of perfume mixing tank , chilling system, filtration system, diaphragm pump and electrical control panel etc.

The perfume mixing system : there’s a spiral evaporating coil inside the tank. The evaporating coil is connected to the chiller.If you need ,we also can add a pneumatic motor on the top of the tank for mixing

The chiller takes French technology and the minimum chilling temperature can amount to -15 degree Celsius.

The filtration system includes two pieces of polypropylene microporous membrane filters. The filtration capacity is 0.2~1 micrometers.
