Vacuum filling machine
1. Feature and Application:
The vacuum filling machine is pure pneumatic filling machines, and require no electricity.Easy to operate and bottle changes are as easy as sliding new bottles under the fill heads or pushing the foot pedal. Fill levels are adjustable and achieve fill consistency regardless of the product. In addition to serving as a filler for your more delicate product lines, the machine can also be an inexpensive backup unit, eliminating down time and costly set-ups for small runs. All the features above make them ideal machines for filling the water-like products, especially for perfume, toilet water, etc.
2. Working process:
Vacuum filling systems draw product into the container by using constant vacuum suction. Once the fill level required reaches, the excess product will be drawn through the auto-drainage system and back into the product tank. The fill level of the container is determined by the depth of the vacuum heads within the neck of the container, so that the fill level will be the same regardless of bottle inconsistencies.
