Automatic over wrapping heat shrinking machine
Application:
Automatic over wrapping heating shrinking achine is specially designed for high speed packing bottle drinks(pure water,milk and so on).
Features:
1. Roll film, automatic bag forming, filling, and sealing, as well as cutting with fast speed.
2. Collecting trim film, shrink to form 3 lines shaping like “H” after cross and longitude sealing.
3. Digitally indicating the size of the film, speed of wrapping, output and temperature.
4. PLC based control system reliable and stable, and low maintenance.
The machine working process as bellow :
When product pass through packing machine . The photoelectric sensor send signal to packer . →Then packer pressure device press products. Make the product was press impacted. →Automatic folding device will cover paper folding 90DHS Fold. →The whole machine close package Through move . →Then do strapping action.(Or packer after Test pallet in right location ).With Emergency light, If abnormal condition, such as The strap cann’t in the right location. Or the mobile frame cann’t through. Or other action failure. The packer will take back belt. Next feed strap .taut. welding. cutting belt ,five actions ,to complete packing process. Then the Equipment keep original position. preparing for the next to work.
