There are three heating source for oven, namely steam, electricity, electric steam
Heating Modes
Steam&electrical heating modes. The temperature range of steam heating is 50-140 celsius degree, steam heating is 50-350 celsius degree
Types of oven
(1)According to the performance, oven usually can divided into vacuum oven,explosion-proof drying oven,electric blast oven, tunel oven, oven ladder,etc. Widely used on food,pharmacy,chemical,etc
(2)As appearance, oven has horizontal and vertical type
(3)As Temperature, there are 4 types.
Low temperature drying oven,temperature below 100 celsius degree. Used for drying food,plastic items
Normal temperature oven, temperature is 100-250 celsius degree. It used for coating curing,heating, heat insulation.
High temperature: 250-400 celsius degree. For drying speicial material, heating and installing, Testing material,treatment of the raw material reaction,etc
Super high temperature oven, 400-600 celsius degree, For drying special material,heating workpiece,etc
(4)As ventilation method, oven has horizontal and vertical ventilations
Hot air circulation oven principle:
The working principle is to make use of the steam or electric heat source, through heating the air by heat exchanger and adopting the axial fan as the driving power,the moisture content of hot materials is reduced so as to realize the purpose the drying.
Note: It's dangerous to bake or dry inflammable/explosive/volatile/corrosive items.
