Description:
1. Cutting Fume Extractor is used for cutting and shearing working station behind furnace, automatically absorbing cuttings of parts, so as to avoid cuttings falling on PCB plate and affecting product quality and 5S.
2. Cutting Fume Extractor is an electronic component specially designed for cuttings and shearings recovering in the electronic industry. While shearing electronic parts, cutting leftover bits and pieces fly and bump with some force, which may fall into products or equipment, causing short circuit of products or damage workers’ eyes. This condition may cause harm to products and workers.
3. Waterun Cutting Fume Extractor can absorb cuttings into equipment, efficiently preventing hurt to workers or damage to equipment.
Cutting Fume Extractor Specification:
1. Internal parts of machine adopt high-filtering ratio F8 filtering elements.
2. Air connecting joint is copper pipe.
3. Upper over and equipment body use seal ring.
4. Equipment body and upper cover uses # 45 steel plate with spray painting treatment.
5. Adopt special silicone tube (High-temperature resisting and not easily wrinkles-ocurring)
Cutting Fume Extractor--NEW Design:
1. Each device can be equipped with 4-6 pipelines, each 2-m in length, with 4-6 cutting pliers.
2. Adopt integration structure design with convenient installation, flexible movement, and no pipeline laid.
3. Upper cover can be separately opened, convenient for pouring out parts bits and pieces, easy for maintenance.
4. Good tightness is kept between the upper cover and machine body without leakage.
5. The machine is equipped with ESD grounding connection and main power switch.
6. Built-in DC brushless DC (330KW) with long life span, small noise, higher air mass flow.
7. Internal parts of machine adopt F8 high-filtering ratio filtering element, which is dismountable and convenient for maintenance.
8. Absorbing components parts reach to 99%.
9. Absorbing power of air volume is adjustable.
