Processing Detail
Grinding precision can be within 0.001mm and grinding angle clearance can be within R0.015.
For stack tolerance of 100 pieces, we can control within 0.01mm.
The thinnest wire we use for wire cutting is 0.1mm,wire cutting precision can be within 0.005mm,linearity, parallelism, verticality can be within 0.002mm.
EDM precision within 0.003mm, EDM angle clearance within R0.015,EDM surface roughness within Ra0.2 are the technical precision available.
