Q3.How to ensure you build the correct mold for us?

To avoid the misunderstanding ,We will offer DFM report ( include the parting line,ejector pin position, thickness,draft etc information) and mould structure for you to check the project detail before the mould building.

Q4. What can we do if we want to do some modification?

If the size is not within the tolerence according the drawing, we will modify the mold FREE.

If you have new requirment after sampling, we will give you some modify method for choice

for example A and B, you choice A but A can't reach your requiremnt after we modified, we will modify the mold by B in FREE.

Q5.How to ensure injection moulding deliver on time?

we will send mould processing images every week,part dimension measure report,

part samples and mould video for you to check the detail.

Q6.Our guarantee on quality?

We check the mold and plastic parts with 2D,3D size measure machine from the very beginning to the very end.
