Features and application
UHMWPE_PE possesses high wear resisting, impact resistance, self-lubrication, corrosion resisting, low-temperature resisting and antifatigue properties that common polyethylene and other project plastic can surpass.
The extruding production line realizes continuous extruding and production of such kind of pipe products, it can produce bars and sheets after changed the auxiliary machine.
UHMWPE_PE
pipes are widely used for the transportation of various power, liquid, and gas, uch as mineral power,foodstuffs, river channel, slurry processing, power plant ash discharging,seas and river water conservancy, mineral well water drainage, oil and gas delivery,chemical raw material and three wastes etc. which can replace iron pipe, steel pipes, stainless steel pipes and alloy steel pipes.
The production line is composed of dedicated extruder for UHMWPE_PE, ultra-large torque reducer, special designed screw, new-type open slot barrel, molding die, cutting machine, and frame etc.
