HDPE,MDPE water supply pipe, gas pipe production line has good performance of flexibility, rigidity, creep properties resistence, environmental stress craze resistence and nice hot melting weldability.
This production line has features of high automaticity nd more convenient operation. It can produce steadily and reliably.This production line is composed of efficient extruder,die head,sizing cooling system, traction system, cutting system, material reversing frame and control system. It is matched with one marker line extruder, which adopts fefficient screw,and delivery bushing. The die head adopts screw type, which ensure material discharging uniformly and removes joint close line. The production line can realize the control of independent adjustment and consolidated adjustment, and is very convenient for operating.
