Specifications

1. Uses the company’s exclusive high-performance HDPE pipe extruder.
2. The screw adopts the structure with barrier and mixing head.
3. The barrel adopts new slot machine barrel with good plasticizing and mixing effects, large output and extremely stable extrusion.
4. The die is designed for HDPE large diameter pipes, and possesses features of low melt temperature, good mixing performance, low cavity pressure and stable production.
5. The sizing and cooling system is designed with proprietary technology
6. It uses water film lubrication and cooling system of water circulation type to meet the requirements of HDPE material and ensure the diameter and roundness stability in high-speed production of thick-wall tube.
1. The production line is controlled by PLC and have good user interface.
2. All parameters can be set and displayed through the touch screen
