This equipment is mainlu used to produce three-layer composite plastic impermeable film and geomembrane. It is mainly composed of three sets extruders, hydrulic fast net-changing device, three-layer compound die head,double-tuyere air ring,traction machine,recoiling machine, and temperature and electrical equipment control system.
1. The unit adopts dedicated spiral extruder and special type screw, so it can enhance plasticizing capacity and increase output, and the complete machine can move, so it is convinent for adjusting.
2. Three-layer compound dedicated spiral die head can produce geomembrane and greenhouse film.
3. It adopts hydrulic fast net-changing device,fast and convinent.
4. It adopts foreign advanced technology, introducing IBC inner cooling control system and double-tuyere air ring. So, it is convinent for controling cooling air quantity and enhancing cooling effect.
5. The traction machine adopts variable frequency motor to control and equipped with pneumatic clamp system, so the up tractor and recoiling machine can be controled synchronously.
6. The recoiling machine adopts center and friction winding way.
