Corrosion and abrasion resisting Cr alloy slurry pump spare parts
1. APPLICATION OF THE PUMP PARTS:
The Chrome alloy long service life centrifugal casting slurry water pump partadapt to pumps, which are widely used in transport water or slurry with strong corrosive proof and high concentration for many industries such as metallurgy, mine, coal, electric power, building materials and other industry.
2. MATERIAL OF SLURRY PUMP PARTS:
Rubber: Natural Rubber, Nitrile Rubber, Polychloroprene
Metal: (High) Chromium Alloy,Nodular Case Iron, Ductile Gray Iron, and Stainless Steel(ss314.ss316)
Materials
1. Pump Casing
Split outer casing design with cast or ductile iron with the wearing liners , which can provide high operating pressure capabilities.
2. Impeller
The impeller may be either molded elastomer or hard metal. Cast-iron impeller threads are better suited for slurries.
3. Interchangeable Hard Metal and Moulded Elastomer Liners
4.Mating faces in hard metal liners are tapered to allow positive alignment during assembly and allow components to be easily removed or replacement.
5. Impeller The impeller may be either molded elastomer or hard metal. Cast-iron impeller threads are better suited for slurries.
6. Hydraulic seal rings give positive sealing between mating faces.
