HDPE large diameter irrigation pipe
HDPE large diameter irrigation pipe (High-density polyethylene pipe) is made from high density polyethylene as the main raw material, adding a small amount of antioxidants, Anti-UV absorbers and pigments.
FEATURES:
1. Good physical property and flexibility, wear proof and shockproof quality.
2. Its installation and connection is simple and reliable, the interface strength of heat melt and electric fusion connection is higher than that of pipe itself. So no leaking, and it is called the integrated pipeline.
3. Easy construction, cost effective and long service life, light and reel able, simple welding and fast constructing, low excavation quantities; compared with metal pipe, it can save 1/3 construction cost. 50 years service life, few or no maintenance.
4. Harmless, sanitary, is green building material; no fouling, no woolly masses, not breeding bacterium, no secondary pollution.
5. Smooth inner wall, low friction coefficient, water distribution quantity enhances above 30% under the same condition with the cast pipe.
APPLICATIONS:
Large diameter irrigation pipe can meet the applicaton of water supply /sewage system, industrial liquids transportation and gas transportation system
