Slag Transfer Self Priming Pump for Paper Making is one kind centrifugal single stage single suction paper plug and chemical sewage, paper pulp pump.
It is widely used in such as paper making industry, water treatment industry, sugar industry, soda reuse industry.
It can transport less than 6% concentration sewage water or fine slurrys from paper -making industry, sugar-making and starch industry etc., and it can also transport the non-abrasion medium in other industries .

This pump is suitable for paper-making, starch and sugar making, chemical raw material transporation, industrial sewage water and public road project.
Construction
Construction of Centrifugal Mono Block Sugar Syrup Pump
1. This pump is single stage cantilever back-opening type. Esy to maintain, no need to take down the pipeline;
2. Pump inlet and outlet flanges is designed as Maximum working pressure: 16 bar;
3. Impeller is 3 vanes or 4 vanes semi-type, make wide passage open type can transport max 6% concentration slurrys sewage water can also transport the medium containing some gas;
4. All impeller is Precision Casting and through dynamic balance testing ;
5. The gap between the impeller and pump wear plate can be adjusted by the screw bolt on the p ump body ,so can keep Constant gap size between the impeller and pump wear plate ,so can have higher working efficiency !
6.The shaft seal mainly is single mechanical seal add packings , without cooling water single mechanical seal ,and packing seal three type .can choosing according to customer needs and practise needs;
7.Impeller fixed use the impeller screw bolts + lock washer type ,this type can also avoid the impeller screw bolts fall off or loose when pump shut down .
