Automatic backwash sand filter for wastewater treatment
A-S 600 series sand filter which uses quartz sand as medium is a high efficiency filter,
AIGER sand filter include tank, media filling cover, service cover, filtration nozzles,media layer, internal partition with water collector and water outlet.
It can effectively remove the suspended substance, microorganisms, and other fine particles in water. Ultimately achieve to reduce water turbidity, purify water quality.
This system can stably run for a long time according to the parameters we set, if the water quality changes, we should adjust the operation parameters of this system, to meet the water requirements. So the water should be checked every week, to ensure the operating system to achieve the best state.
The waste water which polluted by silt, sand and organic material through the media layer, the filter will deal the waste water effectively to reach the effluent requirements; when the impurity layer accumulated to a certain degree, the efficient reverse system injection mechanism (backwashing mechanism) will be effective cleaning of the medium layer, to ensure to provide long-term, stable, reliable water.
This medium filter can use one single medium, and can also use a variety of media based on different needs, such as: volcano gravel, granite, quartz sand, activated carbon, anthracite and other contact medium.
