Billet Infrared Automatic Length Cutting System
Working principle
The equipment uses dynamic image recognition technology, detects and displays the operation status of hot billet online. Through the camera next to roller collect images into computer, through acceleration module for analog video signal processing and A/D conversion into digital signal. The characteristics of image acquisition to achieve real-time, video input, stereo vision image sequence analysis, moving image display, camera synchronous switching, image processing and video signal synchronization, completely real time transmission and processing effect, meet the technical requirements of the complex. Automatic control device cuts equipment and issues a instructions: pre clamping clampingcutting control signal and so on.

Case of equipment installation
Signal output method:
Signal is electric relay switch, each strand has a cut signal, amount to 5 signals. The system presets clamping signal, and it can be used according to the scene.
Working environment:
(1) System and the camera normal working temperature: ≤ 70 °C.
(2) Medium energy: ~ 220V power supply.
(3) Typical camera installation requirements: monitoring the scope of the camera is no obstacle
