1. Outline
This production line can be used not only in polyester staple fiber production, but also ordinary staple fiber production. (1.2-15D)
2. Technical process
2.1 Spinning process
vacuum dry→hopper→melting→filtering→spinning beam→meter pump→spinning→cooling→shaped→oil→winding
2.2 Post-spinning process (cotton type)
creel→traverse→first drafter→water bath→second drafter→steam
heating→third drafter→tow stacker→spreading delivery→dryer→hauling tension→cutter→baler
