Product Description

I. SPECIFICATION OF TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER PET SHEET PRODUCTION MACHINE

1. Raw material: PET-A,  PET-G bottle flakes, PET chip (moisture≤0.4%, size6x6mm), without dryer-free;

 

2. Output and main extruder type

Output: ~1000kg/hr, thickness: 0.25m-0.8mm, width: 1400mm;

Product structure: A-B-A (10%-80%-10%);

Main extruder: TDS-65D co-rotating twin screw extruder

             TDS-110D co-rotating twin screw extruder

 

3. Flow chart description

Volumetric feeding -> twin screw compounding->double vacuum degassing -> melt filtering->melt pump->adapter ->hanger mold->calenders->cooling->haul-off  ->winder
